It worked both ways, though - I was in with his CTD "companion," Shannen. Neither Shannen nor Amit were very fond of the tightening bond forming between Kip and I. We didn't care. In hindsight, their dislike of the Kip-Mira bond was probably more encouraging than discouraging. At least for my side of things.
